Kings Mill Park is a park in Etobicoke, Ontario. It is situated on the western shores of Lake Ontario and is one of many great parks in the city. In fact, it is one of the best parks in the city! The park is bordered by Bloor Street to the west, the Etobicoke Creek to the north, Islington Avenue to the east, and the Rockcliffe Escarpment to the south. The park has a large play area, a dog park, a canoe launch, and much more. The park is named after the historic Kings Mill, which was named after a local water power facility instead of after a king. The mill was a small settlement in the early 1900s that located at the confluence of the Etobicoke Creek and the Old Mill Creek.
