Trust is a big part of any relationship and that is what we have with BSC.
During the first couple months after starting as the Director of Finance & Administration, I was dealing with our IT system issues several times a day. Sometimes my entire day was devoted to helping upset users, system crashes and general frustration. We had several third party vendors that we were relying upon to solve these issues. In no time I was playing Johnny-in-the-Middle acting as the referee between a couple of vendors with no end in sight. We needed our systems to perform consistently and become an enabler to our operations and not a major distraction. In a crisis you find out rather quickly who are the people you can rely upon. In our situation BSC stepped up and never turned their back on us even when it was apparent the issues we were dealing with were not of their making or under their contractual responsibility. They also stepped in when we had a hardware backup server failure and negotiated with the supplier for an upgraded server at no cost to us and handled all the installation. In my position you just want a team to say what they will do and do what they say. Trust is a big part of any relationship and that is what we have with BSC Solutions Group.
