When we have an issue, it’s a quick response. BSC is professional but friendly and accessible at the same time, and there is a good rapport between us and the BSC staff. We never hesitate to call and BSC’s expertise level is good. I’ve been quite satisfied with the whole range of BSC’s services. I act as an intermediary, but I barely have to do anything, and I don’t worry about the status of our Servers. Monthly dollar costs are about the same but overall there are less problems and the response is faster so in the end the cost is less. The result: better productivity, reduced stress and happier employees.
