IT Support Policy During COVID-19 Virus Period

At this time of public health concern, we wish to reassure all our clients that BSC is well equipped to continue providing our network monitoring, maintenance and management services.u00a0 Our support team will continue to be available to assist with issues that may arise, whether you are working from the office or from home.u00a0 You can contact our Helpdesk by phone or email in the same manner as before.

u00a0One change we are implementing, however, is that we will not be making unnecessary on-site visits to client sites until further notice. u00a0This includes weekly scheduled visits, on-site installation of new computer equipment and in-person IT Review Meetings.u00a0 Any computer equipment ordered will be drop-shipped directly to a clientu2019s office and configured remotely, with the assistance of an on-site client employee. If an on-site visit is requested, we will review each request on a case by case basis and attempt to develop a remote support alternative. On-site visits may still be performed at our discretion.

As soon as the Canadian government advises that the risk of COVID-19 has subsided, we will return to normal operations.u00a0 Letu2019s all hope that day will be soon.
