Microsoft launched a new privacy dashboard that aims to provide users with greater control over their data. The tool is web-based and can be accessed anywhere using your Microsoft account.
The privacy dashboard will allow you to view, edit and delete your browsing and search history that’s been performed through Bing or Edge; and your location data from your PC, laptop or phone. It also lets you pick and choose what information gets sent to Microsoft, whether it’s tracking data, speech recognition or diagnostics.
In the future, Microsoft also plans to introduce a new privacy setup screen which walks users through tracking choices and collects less diagnostic data.
