We’ve spent decades developing a reputation for excellence and honesty, and now we’re looking for help with Account Management and lead generation.
You’ll work with our team to provide account management and sales ideas and then work together to execute them.

What you’ll be doing
Client Account Management:
- Conduct account reviews with clients, presenting standardized reports and discussing new business opportunities.
- Ensure regular client touches to maintain strong relationships, working closely with the marketing team.
- Document client interactions and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
Lead Generation:
- Execute focused direct mail campaigns and follow-up phone calls to qualify leads.
- Conduct new prospect meetings and sell IT assessments or audits to potential clients.
- Convert IT assessments into customers with a high success rate.
Sales Department Organization:
- Help structure the sales department, defining client touch frequencies and ensuring regular interactions based on client value.
- Implement structured processes and documentation within the sales department.
Client Touches and Relationship Building:
- Organize and define the frequency and type of client interactions, including emails, phone calls, video recordings, and in-person visits.
- Build strong relationships with clients, particularly higher-tier clients, through quarterly business reviews and appreciation visits.
Transition Plan:
- Work alongside the current account manager to ensure a smooth transition and proper training.
- Maintain continuity in client account management during the transition period.

- This is a full-time, permanent position, with a flexible schedule, during our working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What you’ll be doing
- Work with our ticketing system to ensure that every request is addressed as soon as possible.
- Answer incoming client calls, triage the issue, and resolve remotely.
- Create / administer Office 365 accounts, install and support popular applications, respond to infrastructure and cybersecurity alerts, troubleshoot general IT issues.
- Prepare new computers and other products for delivery to clients.
- Deliver new computers to clients and configure on network

- Pull Ethernet cable to termination points
- Terminate Ethernet cable
- Test and label cables
- Operate scissor and bucket lift trucks
- Install cabinets and racks
- Work with our ticketing system to ensure that every request is addressed as soon as possible.
- Answer incoming client calls, triage the issue, and resolve remotely.
- Create / administer Office 365 accounts, install and support popular applications, respond to infrastructure and cybersecurity alerts, troubleshoot general IT issues.
- Prepare new computers and other products for delivery to clients.
- Deliver new computers to clients and configure on network

- Ability to use a ladder in a safe manner
- Ability to work in a physically demanding atmosphere including, but is not limited to: carry, raise and climb a ladder, carry, lift and handle heavy equipment and/or tooling.
- Ability to test Ethernet cabling
- Job planning and ability to read site drawings
- Experience working in an IT support or help desk role.
- Experience working in a customer facing role.
- Experience working with ticketing software, i.e. Autotask.
- Intermediate level skill with Office 365.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT, networking or similar.
