- $55,000 to $60,000/year commensurate with experience.

What you’ll be doing
- Work with our ticketing system to ensure that every request is addressed as soon as possible.
- Answer incoming client calls, triage the issue, and resolve remotely.
- Create / administer Office 365 accounts, install and support popular applications, respond to infrastructure and cybersecurity alerts, troubleshoot general IT issues.
- Prepare new computers and other products for delivery to clients.
- Deliver new computers to clients and configure on network
Working with us
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications
- Experience working in an IT support or help desk role.
- Experience working in a customer facing role.
- Experience working with ticketing software, i.e. Autotask.
- Intermediate level skill with Office 365.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT, networking or similar.

What you’ll be doing
- Pull Ethernet cable to termination points
- Terminate Ethernet cable
- Test and label cables
- Operate scissor and bucket lift trucks
- Install cabinets and racks
- Work with our ticketing system to ensure that every request is addressed as soon as possible.
- Answer incoming client calls, triage the issue, and resolve remotely.
- Create / administer Office 365 accounts, install and support popular applications, respond to infrastructure and cybersecurity alerts, troubleshoot general IT issues.
- Prepare new computers and other products for delivery to clients.
- Deliver new computers to clients and configure on network

Qualifications
- Ability to read colours
- Ability to use a ladder in a safe manner
- Ability to work in a physically demanding atmosphere including, but is not limited to: carry, raise and climb a ladder, carry, lift and handle heavy equipment and/or tooling.
- Ability to test Ethernet cabling
- Job planning and ability to read site drawings
- Experience working in an IT support or help desk role.
- Experience working in a customer facing role.
- Experience working with ticketing software, i.e. Autotask.
- Intermediate level skill with Office 365.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT, networking or similar.
