    Office 365 Applications/Services

    Hosted Exchange

    This is the primary application in Office 365 plans. It provides access to email (@your domain), calendars, contacts and tasks using Outlook from your desktop or from a web browser using the Outlook Web App, with live synchronization of all devices.

    Office Suite

    With the downloadable suite plans, you’ll always be entitled to the latest version of Office so all staff can keep on the same version. Also, each user can legally install Office on as many as 15 of their own devices (though who uses that many???)
